    Hi, Can you tell me what would be a right size of a prop for 90HP outboard Mercury Optimax on the Starcraft deck boat Limited 1915. Also, what's the RPM should be with that prop and the max speed. Thank you very much.

    You would want the engine to run between 5000-5500 rpm at wide open throttle. Go to mercurymarine.com for their prop selector, or contact the boat manufacturer for recommendations. Some suppliers (possibly overton's) has a replacement program, where you can return a new prop and get a different size for $10 if the one you picked is not quite right.
