I just got my jet skis out today and i got one started up but the otherone wont even turn over. The battery is fully charged. all of the lights work and i can adjust the trim. but when i go to start it it will just make a clicking or humming noise and not turn over. and if it does turn over it will just do it for about 2 times then quit. it has gas, oil, and the battery is new last year. it is a seadoo XP 1996. if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this i would greatly appriciate it.
    Thanks
yes i have also changed the spark plugs.

Use a test light and see if power reaches the starter when you push the start button. If it does, LIGHTLY rap on the starter with a hammer and try again. If it still won't work, its time to rebuild or replace the starter.

If no power is there, you either have a bad starter relay, or bad connections at the starter relay. This is located inside the rear electrical box (the one the plug wires come out of). Go here to see a parts breakdown. http://216.37.204.206/Mcmart/Partsfinder.htm
