You don't have to do anything but you may regret it. The least you should do is put Stabil in the gas tank and run it thru the carbs, grease up the fittings and change the lower unit oil. It would help to also flush it out with fresh water. Either way put the engine down to let any water drain out of it.

even if you store it inside a heated building there are a couple things you need to do
1 is add a fuel stabilizer and make sure to run the motor to get it into the carburators if left out in the cold you should do a bit more, below is a link to an article I use every year to store my boat |
